Bookings for the courts can be made by phone +372 687 82 92 or by e-mail tondi@goldenclub.ee. You can also book the playing time from the online booking system on the centre’s website, which allows you to pay for the playing time immediately via a bank link.
Courts can be booked for designated use only.
The online booking system allows you to book up to 2 weeks in advance. If the paid reservation is cancelled, the customer will not be refunded. The customer has the right to change the paid booking time by notifying the centre’s customer service by e-mail tondi@goldenclub.ee, not less than 48 hours before the start of the playing time. In this case, the paid playing time can be moved to another day/time, taking into account that if the playing time is moved into the cheaper price zone, the centre does not compensate the difference. When moving the playing time into the more expensive price zone, the customer must pay the difference on the spot when coming to the centre.
By phone and e-mail, the courts can be booked in advance for the entire season. When booking a court, the centre requests the customer’s e-mail address. The booking confirmation will be sent to that e-mail. The centre has the right to transfer the client’s playing time in the same amount to another court within the same time.
When booking a court, the customer undertakes to use this playing time.
Cancellation of a booking not paid in advance (by phone or e-mail) is possible by notifying the centre’s customer service at the e-mail address tondi@goldenclub.ee or by phone +372 687 82 92, at least 48 hours before the start of the playing time.
In case of non-appearance and non-notification of unpaid booked playing time, the centre has the right to issue an invoice for the booked playing time by e-mail according to the valid price list.
If the centre is notified of the cancellation of unpaid booked playing time less than 48 hours before the start of the playing time, the centre has the right to issue an invoice for the booked playing time by e-mail according to the valid price list.
In case of cancellation of an unpaid booking made less than 48 hours before the start of the playing time, the centre has the right to issue an invoice for the booked playing time by e-mail according to the valid price list.
Upon arrival at the booked playing time, the client undertakes to follow the general rules and best practices of the centre.
