Group Training
Often the start of training is hampered by confusion, which training to choose? In our training plan, you will find almost 30 different group workouts. We have organized these into groups to help you better understand what lies behind the exciting name. Workouts with the same colour tone can also be found on the timetable to make it easier to choose a suitable training style and move towards your desired training goals.
All Golden Club group workouts are suitable for beginners and advanced. In addition, we are also waiting for men to join – it is recommended to keep the training plan versatile! Our professional trainers are always helpful and show alternative options if necessary. Together we will make your dreams a reality!
