* Fixed-term Contract has a fixed ending date depending on the package. The client has the right to terminate the fixed-term contract by giving written notice to the Fitness Club at least one (1) month in advance. Upon premature termination of the fixed-term contract, the invoice must be paid in the amount of the days remaining until the end of the contract and the withdrawal fee in the amount of one (1) monthly fee specified in the Customer Contract. The client has the right to visit the fitness club within 30 days of submitting the termination application.

** Open-ended Contract does not have a fixed ending date. The client has the right to terminate the open-ended contract by giving written notice to the Fitness Club at least one (1) month in advance. See the General Terms and Conditions of the Customer Contract.

*** A free appointment with a personal trainer is available for use within 2 months of joining. Free personal training offer does not apply to discount packages.

**** First-time visit is allowed once for the client. The client has to fill in the visitor form. With campaign flyers and visiting cards, the customer can visit the fitness club for free up to 3 times. All first-time and free visits are noted and checked by the Fitness Club.
