{"id":21618,"date":"2026-03-06T14:38:59","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T12:38:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldenclub.ee\/?post_type=services&#038;p=21618"},"modified":"2026-03-06T14:42:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T12:42:07","slug":"best-practices","status":"publish","type":"services","link":"https:\/\/goldenclub.ee\/en\/service\/padel\/best-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"Best practices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Best practices of Forus Sports Centres and Padel Courts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only <strong>special indoor sports shoes<\/strong> are allowed on the courts. Entering the courts with outdoor footwear is not permitted. Please use the <strong>changing rooms<\/strong> to change your shoes and outerwear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>N\u00f5mme hall<\/strong>, please change your outdoor shoes to indoor shoes <strong>immediately upon entering through the main entrance<\/strong>, in the foyer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courts may be <strong>reserved only for their intended purpose<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Out of respect for the next players, please <strong>finish your training session on time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please <strong>do not enter the court before your reserved playing time<\/strong>. The correct playing time is regulated by the <strong>clocks installed on the courts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a court is used <strong>without a reservation or beyond the reserved time<\/strong>, the center reserves the right to <strong>charge for the unreserved playing time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please behave <strong>politely on the courts<\/strong>, considering other players and children who may be present. If a player throws a racket, uses offensive language, or plays <strong>without a shirt<\/strong>, the staff has the right to issue a <strong>warning<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If <strong>indoor equipment is damaged<\/strong>, the damage must be compensated according to its extent. Any client who <strong>breaks or damages the center\u2019s equipment<\/strong> (including rental rackets) is obliged to <strong>fully compensate for the damage caused<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is <strong>not allowed to bring food or colored drinks<\/strong> onto the courts (such as lemonade, Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, coffee, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unleashed pets<\/strong> are not allowed on the courts. Pet owners are responsible for the <strong>safety of other visitors<\/strong>, must clean up after their pets, and compensate for <strong>any damage caused by the pet<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coaches of <strong>children\u2019s training groups<\/strong> are responsible for ensuring that their students <strong>know and follow the center\u2019s good practices<\/strong> both on the courts and in other areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>lockers in the changing rooms<\/strong> are intended for use <strong>during training only<\/strong>. When leaving the center, please make sure you take all personal belongings with you. <strong>Locked lockers are opened every evening<\/strong>, and items left without permission are moved to the <strong>lost and found<\/strong> (items are kept for <strong>3 months<\/strong>). If desired, <strong>locker rental<\/strong> (daily, monthly, or seasonal) is available at <strong>Tondi<\/strong> by contacting the center\u2019s customer service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the center\u2019s <strong>shower rooms<\/strong>, <strong>shaving, beard trimming, and hair dyeing are not allowed<\/strong>. In the <strong>Tondi saunas<\/strong>, the use of oils, honey, salts, or other body care products is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Tondi saunas<\/strong> are switched off <strong>30 minutes before closing time<\/strong> (22:30 on weekdays, 20:30 on weekends).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For safety reasons, <strong>video surveillance is used in public areas<\/strong> (except toilets, showers, and changing rooms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good practice is that <strong>clients leave the building before closing time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The center <strong>reserves the right to select its clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We wish you pleasant training sessions and relaxing moments!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"parent":15977,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-21618","services","type-services","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
