{"id":3213,"date":"2024-01-03T13:58:25","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T11:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goldenclub.ee\/teenus\/fitness\/head-tavad\/"},"modified":"2024-02-06T12:56:00","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T10:56:00","slug":"best-practices","status":"publish","type":"services","link":"https:\/\/goldenclub.ee\/en\/service\/fitness\/best-practices\/","title":{"rendered":"Best practices"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Best practices of Golden Club fitness club<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Golden Club is a club for people who appreciate time and quality, to find the harmony of body and mind through sport!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Golden Club offers customers a gym, various group training sessions, and changing and washing rooms with a sauna for training under the conditions stipulated in the customer contract and within the validity period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The services offered by Golden Club are intended for use by club members and people using the club&#8217;s services on the basis of a one-time pass. While staying in the club, all customers must follow the principles of best practices described by the club.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Golden Club <strong>membership is personal<\/strong> and entry is guaranteed to a specific person on the basis of a club card or one-time pass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When coming to training, dress according to the nature of the training, <strong>wear suitable sports clothes, training shoes for indoor conditions and use a training towel.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In public areas of the spa, we ask you to use swimwear or cover the body with a towel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The lockers in changing rooms are for use only during training.<\/strong> When leaving the club, make sure you take your personal belongings with you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The club does not take responsibility for things left unattended. Valuables can be kept in the security cabinets in the lobby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can pre-register for group training through the booking system on the website or by phone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of not attending the training, <strong>we ask that you release the reservation at least one hour before the start of the group training<\/strong>, informing the customer service desk by phone or e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please confirm your group training reservation no later than 10 minutes before the group training starts. <strong>10 minutes before the group training starts, we release all unconfirmed reservations.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To participate in group training, <strong>take a training ticket from the customer service desk, which we ask you to give to the trainer at the beginning of the training.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a club member fails to appear for a group training on three occasions within two weeks, then he or she loses the right for pre-registration for two weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In order to participate in personal training and\/or receive personal advice, the club member must register in advance by contacting the personal trainer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children over 14 years of age and children aged 12-14 with a trainer are allowed to exercise and stay in the Golden Club gym (with one-time pass or as a contract customer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While training, use all equipment and tools prudently and for their intended purpose, if necessary ask for advice and help from the trainer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the workout, <strong>clean the training equipment with the designated disinfectant and put it back in its place.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shaving and hair colouring is prohibited in the club premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using oils, honey, salts and other body care products in the sauna is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be friendly and considerate to other club members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For security reasons, there is video surveillance in the public spaces of the center (except toilets, washing and changing facilities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is good practice that the\u00a0<strong>customer leaves the centre before the closing time.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We expect the customers of Golden Club to adhere to the generally accepted values and norms of behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of a serious violation of good practices, the club has the right to demand full compensation for the damages caused and to terminate the customer contract with the club member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy your workout in Golden Club!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"parent":1627,"menu_order":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-3213","services","type-services","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 -
