Personal training included in the package

Golden Club Fresh, Lifestyle and pre-paid packages include one meeting with a personal trainer.
The duration of the meeting is 45 minutes. Personal training included in the package is available for use within 2 months after joining.

It includes:

• Measuring the body composition
• Recommendations for creating a weekly workout plan
• Personalized recommendations for cardio, weight and group training
• Introduction of the gym
• Adjustments for the correct posture

A personal training plan is not included in the package.
